St Patrick's Day (March 17th) is celebrated by millions of people around the world every year.
The patron saint of Ireland, St Patrick is traditionally associated with the shamrock, a type of clover, and he is often pictured holding one. The children have been finding out about some of the celebrations that would usually take place - they enjoyed watching the following video clips: Afterwards they explored some marble rolling using different shades of green paint on their shamrocks . . .
