The Gruffalo found some 'treasures' in the deep dark wood! We have been describing some of them . . .
Alys - "Acorn, it's smooth, it's from a tree, it's brown" She then looked at another 'treasure' - "It's a conker shell, we have loads of conkers! We got some from the tree the other day, down the lane next to our house" Alys went on to describe it - "Spiky . . . it's smooth on the other bit" Perhaps you could go for a walk and collect some of your own autumnal treasures! What words would you use to describe them? Post us a comment and let us know!
